- IT assistance All-around IT support (professional firms, small and medium-sized companies), antivirus and anti-spamming systems, corporate policy management (user profiles and rules), and software license management.
- Maintenance Routine/evolutive maintenance of the IT system and products developed.
- System management, statistics and control through open source NMS, SMS and e-mail alert: notification sent by e-mail or text message to the network administrator in case of unfavourable events rated as critical on a small to high scale (from service discontinuance to fully blown attack on the company's IT system).
